Today was paperwork day...no patients for me...which means a day I don't have to get dressed!!
One of the benefits of a home office is you can do some of the work in you PJ pants and a t-shirt! When I don't have to see anyone in person and only have to deal with phone calls and paperwork I can have a down day!
LOVE IT!!! Having a home office isn't always perfect...but on these days when I can do my work on my sofa I can forget all the down sides and just be thankful for the up-sides!!
One of the other benefits of my work arrangement is I can multi-task! Tomorrow in between work I will be making cookies for Christian and my granddaughter, Maddy! I will also be working on putting a meal schedule together for Mary Ann.
If anyone is interested in helping out with meals for this wonderful woman and her 10 year old daughter, please let me know. She can really use our help!
So, while a home office isn't always desirable...for me it is perfect...and I am thankful for the opportunities it brings to me. With out this it would be much harder for me to work the foundation as well as see my patients and take care of my family!
Even with the benefits of working from home...the foundation still requires many people! We can ALWAYS use more. If you are interested in helping us assist these families, please call us and help us give them hope...day by day!
